For the last two weeks, contestants has been battling it out in “Challenge Heat” rounds as well as working together in the “Duet Challenge”.

We also had Nita, Desiree and Jzelynn celebrate Merdeka Countdown with us. The 3 sang their hearts out with a mixture of Malay, English and Chinese songs followed by dance performances by Danzity and a Michael Jackson impersonator. At the struck of midnight, the celebrities and Tuan YB Law initiated the countdown by launching of a 5-minute musical pyrotechnics display.In the meantime, here are some photos from the event coverage, courtesy of Moristee Studios.
